and try to login to a resource with my library card and last name, I get the following error.  I've now received  this message for a few days.  Is the system crashed or am I doing something wrong.

Hmmm.  Just tested it from home and the page works OK.  I'll refer this to our IT staff and see if we can figure out the problem.

Actually, could you specify the resource(s) you were trying to use?  It might be a problem with a specific subscription database.  Thanks!

I am having problems with the obituaries database specifically.  I feel like I crashed it because I did a search last week and it was taking too long to return results so I stopped it and started again.
